Terms of Use

Dear Guest,

We would like to welcome you to Evdokia’s Rooms and wish you a pleasant stay. For your safety and comfort, as well as that of your fellow guests, please find herebelow rules, terms and conditions that apply to each and every booking and comply with them throughout your stay.

All booking made to Evdokia’s Rooms (“the Hotel”) are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Guests are kindly requested to take a moment to review same prior to making a booking.


Bookings & rates

Check in at 14.00 hrs. Check out at 12.00 hrs.

Check out until 20.00 hrs. – An extra charge of half-day applies.

Check-out later than 20.00 hrs. – A full day will be charged.

Maiden service takes place every three days.

There is an additional charge of EUR 10.00 to apply for every extra person above 12 years old where possible and subject to availability. Children up to the age of 4 years old are accommodated free of charge. Cots and extra beds are available and can be arranged free of charge, subject to prior notice and availability.

All rates are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of 13% VAT and all applicable taxes, except for the stay-over tax, which is EUR 0.50 per night and we are obliged to invoice separately upon check-out.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits and Payment Policy

In order your reservation to be confirmed, a prepayment of 40% of the total reservation is required with a minimum of 1-night stay. A copy of the prepayment should be send via email to evdokiasrooms@gmail.com .

Prepayments can be made with the following methods: cash payments up to EUR 500.00 under Greek law, bank deposits, Credit/Debit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The deposit shall be made within 2 days from your booking. Otherwise, the booking may be cancelled without prior notice.

Modification, Cancellation and No-Show Policies

Our guests are kindly requested to inform us timely for any modifications or cancellations of their Booking.

In general, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Normal rates can be cancelled up to 21 days before arrival without a charge and any deposits will be refunded in full.
  • If cancelled or modified later until 5 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation or modification up to 5 days before arrival, then the prepayment is not returned. In case of cancellation after the check-in date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor. Refunds may be subject to bank charges where applicable.


Smoking is not permitted in any of our studios and houses. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests additional cleaning or damage fees should the smoking ban is not observed.


We welcome well-behaved and trained dogs and cats with prior arrangement and are only permitted in certain studios. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

Pets can accompany their owners on the hotel terrace, as long as they are properly leashed and do not represent a problem for the other hotel guests. Whenever the pet passes through the public areas they must be leashed or carried.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet in the room or any other area of the hotel. Should the pet cause or become involved in an accident with another animal or person, the owner of the pet will assume the full responsibility, releasing the hotel of any liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by said pet.

Any pet related noise or disturbances should be avoided. The Hotel reserves the right of admission should the pet cause noises or incorrect behaviors that alter the well-being of the rest of the guests. If we feel though that your pet is causing a nuisance to other guests during your stay, we will ask you to leave.

Any other pets may be accepted at the Hotel’s discretion and always subject to prior arrangement.


We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay or for items that are missing when you leave.

Guest Conduct

Guests are kindly requested to behave appropriately and with discretion at all times, respectful of the Hotel environment and staff, as well as of other guests and comply with the Hotel procedures, instructions and/or requests.

During the quiet hours from 15.00 to 17.30 and 23.00 to 07.00 hrs., guests shall be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity.
